We are over the moon with German Automotive. We have just had our car serviced for the first time with them and will certainly go back to them for the car’s future needs! Arranging the service was easy with the lovely lady on the phone who answered all our questions with no problems and was very reassuring. All the people we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Such a refreshing change from the difficulties we experienced with a certain BMW dealership in Derby! Thank you German Automotive!

We have used German Automotive for several years now and have always found them to be highly professional and very reactive. Last week we had an issue with our Audi which, they not only resolved the same day, but also provided a courtesy car which meant our plans for the day weren't disrupted. Thanks again for some great customer service.

I had a problem with my Audi A5 convertible roof, through word of mouth heard about a guy called Jack who works for German autos who was a wizard with Audi’s and BM’s. Popped in on the off chance to see him and within a day my car was back on the road with a working roof. Can’t praise them enough for the quick and extremely professional and friendly service and no where near dealership prices. Extremely great value for money and will recommend whenever I can.

Only tried these due to my service plan ending at BMW..Im glad I did as i found them to be very friendly and very easy to talk to, they listened to what I wanted and did exactly that with no hidden extras/add ons.. the price was very reasonable and i will start using them from now on.. very happy with my experience.... well done and thank you

Excellent place. Been coming for servicing/MOT and general repairs the best part of 10 years now with various cars throughout that time. The team are professional and friendly, never pushy and very knowledgeable with the job at hand. Clear and transparent prices and advice, never had any surprises or issues using the team here. I live in Burton now but will happily drive over to use them as I know they can be trusted.

One of their technicians came out with me for an hour long diagnosis drive and when I asked how much do I owe they said don’t worry!!
Cannot believe you can still get this level of customer service in this day and age, if you need any work doing I highly recommend these guys.

Took my old SL320 in today due to an issue with the parking brake. As it turned out it was a minor issue to the point that the assessment and work was carried out free of charge on the basis I bring it back should the problem arise again. Knowledgable and experienced staff with great customer service

Amazing company, service and price! Will definitely recommend to anyone with a German Car. I called up and they got me in the next day and sorted it out straight away! I went to the mini garage I bought it from and received a quote which was 3 times the price with a 2 week waiting list. This company had a unbeatable quote for the work on my car!

I highly recommend this garage, I had some troubles with my car and needed a flywheel and clutch. Danielle responded extremely quickly to my emails and helped me throughout the process by keeping me updated. It took the garage 2-3 days to order the parts and install everything, alongside this they cleaned my car and gave me a gift for going with them. My family use this garage and would recommend to anyone. Very reliable, my car drives so nicely now.

Great service! I turned up on the wrong day and they still sorted the car. Price very reasonable and it’s came back VERY clean. I was very late for pick up due to a late taxi but rang in advance and they waited for me even though it was after closing. Outstanding service, will definitely use again.

I have used German Automotive a number of times now for repairs, servicing, MOT etc. I have been very pleased with the service I have received each time, trust them and wouldn’t take my BMW anywhere else now. Can highly recommend 👍

Had a service done on my Mercedes A45. Would highly recommend this company.

Had my headlights adjusted as there was a problem with the ILS after it had suffered some impact. Not only did the gentleman fix that issue but also found another problem which he informed me of and resolved. I even got to go into the workshop with him and look at it which was a nice experience (since I am quite technical myself it was a pleasant conversation with the mechanic)
It was fun sitting in the office and chatting with them whilst they did their thing. Lovely people to talk to and excellent engagement between the staff. This also translates into their quality of work and competitive price.
I am going back again on Wedneday for some updates on my car! you won't see the last of me :) highly recommended

Great service. Explained everything to me clearly. I've had my TT Quattro for 18 years using it mostly in the summer. I recently moved to Derby and was looking for the best Independent Audi garage in the area. I think I've found it!
